An American man has shed 19kg in 12 weeks through exercise and healthy eating. Hunter Hobbs has a desk job, so doesn’t get much opportunity to move around at work. For three months he worked out five to six times a week, lifting weights and doing 20-30 minutes cardio.
His diet consisted mainly of “chicken, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, salads, almonds and whey protein shakes” Hobbs told the Daily Mail. He also cooked all of his meals and took his food to work, so that he wasn’t tempted to snack. He drank plenty of water, and no sugary drinks.
