Lightened-Up Honey Mustard Dressing

Approximately 1 cup of dressing

Lightened-up honey mustard dressing


  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously, until well-blended. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt and pepper if necessary. (Alternatively, you process ingredients in a mini food processor or blend them in a blender.) Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator; shake well before using.
