Scott Disick was reportedly taken to hospital under a psychiatric hold last month, according to Entertainment Tonight. The Los Angeles County Fire Department confirmed that they responded to Scott’s home in Hidden Hills, California, on August 18 at 5:03 p.m. The training documents show a 5150 hold.
A County Fire Department explained that a 5150 hold “is a means by which someone who is in serious need of mental health treatment can be transported to a designated psychiatric inpatient facility for evaluation and treatment for up to 72-hours against their will.”
The documents further notes that a doctor can determine whether or not the person should stay in an inpatient location for longer, or go home. The person can also voluntarily agree to stay at a facility once those 72 hours are up.
