It seems like Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are spending more time together after Selena’s split from The Weeknd. The former couple was spotted riding bikes together in Los Angeles on Wednesday. An eyewitness told E! News:
“Selena and Justin took a bike ride from her house on Wednesday morning. Justin was very sweet and held up Selena’s bike for her as she got on. They were having a blast together. Justin was singing loudly and dancing with his arms in the air while riding down a busy street. Selena was laughing so hard she had to cover her mouth and try not to fall of her bike. She clearly thinks he is hilarious.”
Over the weekend, the duo was spotted grabbing breakfast and attending church together. And now that they’re enjoying more time together, what’s the status of their relationship? To be honest, we’re not sure if we want these two to get back together only because it’s truly emotionally draining trying to keep up with them.
The Weeknd reportedly initiated the breakup between Selena and himself. The two announced their split over the weekend (yeah, we know) after 10 months of dating and now it seems The Weeknd called the shots regarding the decision. The relationship reportedly started to fizzle-out in the summer, when seeing each other became difficult because his tour conflicted with Selena’s work schedule.
They spoke less and less on the phone when they were apart. Apparently, The Weeknd decided that it just wasn’t working for him anymore. It’s not all bad, though. Sources say that Selena and The Weeknd decided to remain friends and have even talked on the phone multiple times since they broke up. And despite what some fans might be speculating, Justin was not involved in the breakup at all.
